It's been almost a week since I last posted. I just hate it when I don't know what to write...

The Darkness

The darkness surrounds my mind
Like a group of birds
Waiting to influence my thoughts.
Rays of sunlight scatter them
But they always return to their mental perch
Just waiting for defenses to go down
So they can take over
And sync their feelings
With mine.

Do you just have those days when you feel like you don't want to do anything? Well, that's how I feel right now... Hazy, a bit out of it, and just plain tired. Hopefully, if I take a shower or something, the feeling'll go away...

Ho, ho, ho!

Well, it's official. We have started to decorate our house for Christmas. It's lookin' preeeeety good! Hopefully, we'll get a tree this weekend.
Also, today is my sister's performance of High School Musical! I hope she does great on this. I just know she will! Happy holidays everyone!

A Weird Idea, But Cool!

It seemed that I had leftover acrylic paints and much-hated action figures lying around. I decided to paint my action figures like some much-loved internet cartoon characters! (Just click on the link under My Favorite Sites that says Homestar Runner.) So far, I've done Strong Bad and Homestar, and may do more!
I'll import pictures when they're done, and I will also try to submit them to weekly fanstuff. It's weird how creativity strikes you sometimes!

Why am I so happy, if you have asked? Well, since today is the 1st of December, that means only 24 days until Christmas! Hooray! I am looking forward to spending my first Christmas with my new kidney. I also love the feeling of the Christmas season! I hope you get what you want this year...
